The main routine tasks for the "Senior Brand Manager" are the following:
*Specific Responsibilities:
- Brand Managing: Provide creative ideas and elaborate marketing action concepts. Build the local brand-marketing plan to create brand awareness and generate traffic and installations including PR, events, promotion and partnership programs, social marketing actions, traffic acquisition recommendations, etc.This role must ensure a coordinated strategy encompassing ATL & BTL Media, Sales, Partnerships, Trade, PR, Community and Social Media working closely with key stakeholders in the business.
- E-commerce: Build up strong e-commerce growth strategy within the territory adopting new marketing trend.
- Release control: Lead the detailed planning and implementation process in order to release titles.
- Collaboration: Work in tight and regular collaboration with internal/external teams to ensure the group’s work is in line with the strategy that was set out.
*Skills & Requirements:
- Drive for Results: Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects.
- Marketing Expertise: Has a good understanding of the full marketing mix. Demonstrates an ability to learn new markets quickly, and can adjust to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- E-commerce skills : Operation and marketing experience in e-commerce business is essential
- Innovation/Creativity: Not afraid to try new things. Can come up with creative ideas and/or elicit creative ideas from others.
- Anticipates problems, marshals resources, and does what it takes to get the job done.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Strong verbal & written communication skills for both in English and Korean.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communication or equivalent education or technical training.
- 7~10 years of marketing experience in videogames, entertainment or any other relevant industry.
- Marketing experience focused on consumer acquisition & retention/community management is preferred.
- Documented experience from leading successful internal and external communication projects, including events.
- Demonstrated marketing & analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers.
- Results-driven approach and pattern of using performance metrics to assess impact/engagement by campaign and overall.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to work across stakeholder groups, functional areas, geographies, and differing levels of seniority to get things done.
