Klang is looking for a Senior Brand Manager (f/m/d) who becomes the champion behind all our marketing activities for SEED. As Senior Brand Manager (f/m/d), you will be the main driver for the communication strategy and the execution of the go-to-market plan across the life cycle. You will deliver against a range of KPI to drive awareness, consideration and activation. You will have direct reports in the specialist disciplines asset creation and creative writing as well as managing external agencies to reach your goals.

Requirements
What you will do:
- Become the champion behind all marketing activities of Klang, especially owning the brand strategy, user acquisition, content marketing and PR
- Build and manage a small but highly effective strike force for the creation of meaningful content around our game
- As a leader type person you can establish a clear vision, then rally your own team, external partners and cross functional teams to achieve it.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects. Anticipate problems and strive for solutions.
- You are the person who defines the public face of our game and our studio
- Creativity and innovation: embrace the new things, come up with creative ideas and new approaches. We are building something extraordinary here and your marketing activities should reflect that.
- Analyze and report the effectiveness of your campaigns, draw the right conclusions to drive the acquisition further
- Brief and manage external partners to deliver qualitative and effective campaigns
Who we think will be a great fit:
- 5+ years of experience in the marketing of video and computer games
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Have a strategic mind and know how to derive tactical activities
- Deep understanding for the games industry marketing techniques and the more established marketing methodologies, especially in the field of digital marketing
- Experiences in asset production, you know how to transform messages into enchanting marketing material
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Enthusiasm, Team-spirit and pro-activity
- Ability to negotiate with external vendors
Bonus:
- Leadership experience is a big plus
- Experience in PC gaming AND mobile is a big plus
- Another European main language is a plus
