Job Description:
- The Senior C&B Analyst is a dynamic and influential total rewards professional with energy, and creative mindset, and strategic thinking abilities who will support the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the Company’s broad-based compensation and benefits (C&B) programs for selected countries.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation-related systems
- Maintains the enterprise-wide Job Grading system
- Upgrades pay ranges by region/country
- Conduct job evaluations, determining FLSA status, and reviewing external market comparisons, maintain and administer internal pay movement guidelines, e.g. promotions, transfers, etc.
- Assist managers with workforce planning and serve as a point of contact for new job evaluations.
- Conduct internal pay analyses. Recommend compensation offers for new hires.
- Assist with the development and overall administration of controls around compensation and benefits guidelines.
- Monitors local regulations related to pay practices and keeps management informed of any new developments that may come from audits or studies of compensation policies, programs, and practices
- Coordinate with vendors on salary benchmarking and survey participation. Respond to select survey data requests.
- Assist with development and dissemination of effective communication materials that improve the understanding of compensation and benefit programs
- Ensure compensation and benefits data integrity in HRIS.
- Assist with benefits programs as appropriate for various countries
- Keep abreast of the market, making recommendations to supplement and update offerings to stay competitive and provide services aligned with employee needs. Identify and recommend benefits plan design changes, cost savings opportunities and other efficiencies.
- Assist in review of benefits plans documents and communications and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor benefit trends in the business environment while staying abreast of applicable benefits legislation.
- Provide support to respond to employee inquiries on benefits and leaves of absence questions and serve as resource to employees to resolve issues.
- Manage FMLA, family leave and other leave policies, partnering with employees and providers to ensure leaves are documented, communicated, and administered consistent with company policies and with compassion and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Contribute to Employee Wellbeing strategy and program administration.
- Create and maintain global benefits database.
- Assist with annual open enrollment as well as develop and implement enrollment campaign and initiatives.
- Make effective use of EAP, mental health and other behavioral programs as part of overall employee wellness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of Human Resources experience, including:
- Experience administering compensation and benefit programs
- Working with human resources information systems
- Designing or administering employee benefits plans including health and welfare and 401(k)
- retirement plans, disability plans, and leave management.
- Global Experience a preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and highest levels of accuracy.
- Demonstrated understanding of wage and salary administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations e.g., FLSA, EEO, ERISA,
- ADEA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, USERRA, Social Security, and workers’ compensation.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
