Senior Full Stack Engineer-Creator Analytics

The Creator Analytics team is building an ultra-scale platform that ingests trillions of events every month empowering millions of Creators to increase their creations on the platform.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the team, you will have the chance to work on many exciting projects such as building developer dashboards, implementing a real-time system to help creators to monitor performances, and using ML to extract insights from raw data. You will work cross functionally with different teams to enhance the user experience to provide creators the guidance on how to improve their experiences in a data driven way.
You Are:
- An outstanding software engineer with 4+ years shipping high complexity code and high impact projects (leveling will be based on experience)
- Experienced in building and supporting backend applications at scale
- Proficient in C#, Java, Go or any other object-oriented programming language
- Curious about new technology and product experiences
- An expert in SQL database-based applications with in-depth knowledge of query optimization and scalability concerns.
- Product-minded with an interest in understanding the end-user
- Understand and be thoughtful about tradeoffs
You might be:
- Experienced dealing with high scalable OLAP storage like Druid, Pinot, ClickHouse
- Interested in exploring massive amount of data and helping building pipelines to process and transform into user-friendly results
You will:
- Take ownership and responsibility for designing, building services within the Roblox ecosystem.
- Work on a variety of unique technical challenges within complex systems
- Deliver and own the customer facing products that enables millions of Creators on the platform
- Collaborate with passionate Engineers, Product Managers and other Roblox team members
