Manager, Trust & Safety Operations (BPO Controls)

As a Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the system of checks, balances, and fail safes that protect our platform from BPO Third Party Risk.
Working with multiple geographically and functionally diverse partners, you will implement and uphold consistent controls within each BPO.
You will provide guidance and reporting templates to the BPOs to help provide visibility and reporting consistency.
You Have:
- 3-5 Years experience working in an operations, accounting, finance, IT
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Up-to-date, working knowledge, and experience with industry best practices for extended workforce
- Translating operational controls to different organizational stakeholders at the BPOs for them to develop and enhance management's controls
- Experience managing multiple, parallel objectives across several different collaborative working groups
- Self-organized, with high attention to detail
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Excel
- Excellent prioritization and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Level depending on experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience working for gaming, social, online content or entertainment company
- Experience in large-scale Business-to-Consumer company
- Working knowledge of regulatory law:
- GDPR/CCPA
- COPPA
- Experience with Trust and Safety
- CPA/CIA/CISA
You Will:
- Integrate and maintain management controls and report on projects by managing the program, successful on-time delivery, and define milestones and success criteria.
- Use industry standard frameworks to systematically and continually analyze the business of off-shore global business operations
- Perform financial analysis of BPO spend, through reporting, the total active user list and CS/MOD data.
- Projects into tangible business goals.
- Act as liaison between our third parties and internal teams, to inform, educate and improve management's control structures.
- Ensure data integrity of information being logged by BPOs by reviewing, reconciling, and administering files.
- Ensure the consistency of new development areas by implementing common Reporting metrics
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
