Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a seasoned Senior Audience Development Analyst to join our Content Operations (Creative Design & Content) team. You will lead our data & analytics practice across an evolving Marketing organization, servicing current digital analytics and reporting needs while working with leadership to evolve team capabilities and tools for emergent business areas. This role will guide the ongoing evaluation, roll-out and scaling of best-in-class performance analytics capabilities across social/video/user generated content, audience insights, and landscape/competitor studies across Blizzard titles, competitors, and other identified industries.

As a champion of data-driven decision-making, your team’s expertly crafted and presented reports will elevate insights, informed by KPIs that drive awareness and supercharge our internal team’s development of consistently high-quality creative, content programming, strategic campaign plans, and best-practices.
