The EA Games Strategy team is part of Corporate Strategy and works with EA's Studio leadership and game teams to develop strategies that guide growth, innovation and transformation across our largest game franchises and titles.

EA is looking for a Senior Associate with a consulting or product management background to help lead the growth of this team across some of EA's biggest game franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner and build relationships with studio game teams and studio leadership to develop important strategic programs for EAs leading games and franchises
• Analyze competitor performance and trends to inform EAs strategy and goals
• Analyze market performance and trends across all platforms, genres, and geographies to provide data-driven recommendations and decision-making
• Work with Strategy leadership to evaluate trends in the broader entertainment industry and understand the impact and opportunities for EA
• Work with teams across EA to collect and combine multiple data sources and points of view
• Develop strategic frameworks that promote clarity and collaboration in the decision-making process
• Contribute to thought leadership pieces on trends affecting the video game industry, consumer behaviors and digital transformation affecting our industry

Skills/Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience , with experience at a top tier consulting firm or similar strategy role or 3 + years experience working in a product management role
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
• Knowledge and ability to apply standard business frameworks (e.g. SWOT , value chain, competitive forces, core competency analysis)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar presentation software
• Proficiency in business writing and verbal communications.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization – working knowledge of scripting and SQL
• Knowledge of the games industry
