Senior Animator (Project 8)

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement captivating hand-keyed animations for creatures within the game engine.
• Collaborate closely with Design, AI, Art Direction, Animation Tech, and other departments to bring the team's vision to reality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth animation integration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Animator in the game development industry.

• Shipped title experience.

• Strong hand-keyed animation skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of animation in game development.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya and Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, dynamics, and creature anatomy.
• Experience in animating quadruped characters.
• Portfolio, website, or reel demonstrating your skills.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with motion capture animations.
• Experience creating cutscenes.
• Facial animation and lip-syncing experience.
• Skinning and rigging expertise for characters.
