Senior Animator - [Assassin's Creed VR] (f/m/d)

Job Description
As part of the Assassin's Creed VR animation team you will be a part of bringing the stunning world of the legendary IP to life. Already a master of your craft and able to optimise your work to deliver high quality performance on the Oculus headset, you'll be excited to be a part of the evolving VR frontier.
How your world will look as part of the team;
- Your experience allows you to deliver masterful animation assets in line with the artistic vision of the game
- Excited by the possibilities, you drive improvement of animation standards and processes
- Motion editing within complex animation systems is your playground and where you feel at home
- You love to collaborate with the Art team, sharing your passions to create animations that fit the visual style of the project
- A perfectionist, you provide testing and feedback for complex character skinning
- Due to your experience, you can provide insightful knowledge and solutions for animation problems
- Setting up and implementing animation state machines in Unity is a walk in the park to you
Qualifications
What you can bring:
- You have at least five years experience in the Video Game industry with a strong understanding of keyframe animation, Motion capture and procedural animation
- Your working knowledge of Maya, 3DSMAX, and/or other commercial 3D authoring packages is strong
- Being able to work with a complex animation system and complex animation state machines is no problem
- You have great communication skills, team player and a positive attitude
- Autonomous and organized; you have high degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written. (No German required)
What would be a plus:
- Unity Knowledge
- VR experience and a passion for it's exciting possiblities
- Rigging skills
