Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Analyst in San Mateo, CA to develop insightful and actionable analyses of digital entertainment products. Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience using mathematical and statistical data collection techniques to solve business problems. Prior experience must include at least two (2) years of experience conceptualizing and executing ad-hoc product analysis and KPI planning and value measurements; defining analytics requirements and metrics; designing analysis approaches for product testing and development; measuring pre- and post-KPI performance for product releases to determine product strategy effectiveness; creating reporting frameworks, including Tableau dashboards and Microsoft Excel, to analyze data more accurately and efficiently; extracting and integrating data from multiple big data systems to support analytical efforts; writing complex SQL queries to extract data directly from multiple databases; and in executing duties, utilizing Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau, and VBA.
