We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our financial team based in Palo Alto, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A. The Senior Analyst’s primary responsibilities will be to maintain existing and develop new reports on key metrics that effectively communicate monthly/quarterly results and trends to both internal management and external stakeholders (board and public reporting). This individual will leverage the knowledge gained through creating and maintaining our internal metrics to assist with the ongoing budgeting / forecasting processes. This role requires a highly analytical person with expertise in Excel modeling and strong accounting / financial knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial & KPI analysis for internal and external reporting including software renewal rates, price / volume, and gaming metrics (eg DAU/MAU, ARPMAP, etc.)
- Support and maintain executive financial reporting summaries and dashboards developing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Drive automation and operational improvement of both standard reports and customized analyses, reducing time to deliver, while improving accuracy
- Support monthly and quarterly internal reporting such as budget vs. actual analysis including investigation of underlying drivers
- Assist with ongoing budget / forecast revisions including by-game financial forecasts
- Assist in short and long-term planning cycles
- Ad hoc financial analysis including modeling for acquisitions and strategic decision support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferably Finance, Banking, or similar fields
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in FP&A or banking
- Attention to detail, good at problem solving including the ability to define possible solutions, foresee issues and provide proactive solutions to closure
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Consistent track record of strong organizational skills
- Experience working with and in a cross-functional team
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, results-oriented and self-motivated
- Analytical skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with dynamic expectations
- Must be able to work independently; Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Must have skills: Advanced Excel / Powerpoint and Tableau or other BI reporting software
- Nice to have but not required: Experience with mobile gaming and/or software; Adaptive Insights planning or other FP&A software; Netsuite or other similar accounting software
