Senior Ads Monetization Manager

At Gameloft HQ, as a Senior Ads Monetization Manager, you will you will join a passionate group of gamers and top minds in the business of games. We are always on looking out for the best talent to join our team and help create the best experiences for our players, influencers and their audiences.

Gameloft’s Senior Ads Monetization Manager will be responsible for driving efforts across our games portfolio to scale our Ad Monetization efforts. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with both strategic thinking and practical implementation and optimization. You will report to the SVP Live Games, and work closely with the central Ads team and product team to improve and accompany the Ads implementation process across our wide range of live products. Together with Product Managers, you will balance the scope of ads penetration in-game to maximize overall product performance. You will be tasked with thinking big and then building smart plans at game level.

• Co-develop the Ad Monetization strategy for Gameloft games with the Central Ads team and Product teams and ensure their execution
• Drive the testing coordination, implementation and evaluation of new in-house and external ad formats (rewarded, video; interstitials, SDK, native, etc.…)
• Lead the strategy and execution of constant A/B tests across Gameloft portfolio, managing the relationship with product teams
• Partner up with the Central Ads team to refine and evolve our Ads products and tools long term vision, goals and roadmaps
• Advocate best practices and guidelines for ads implementation to product teams
• Improve and maintain the knowledge base on ads implementation and monetization
• Report on Ads initiatives and results, as well as performance comparisons

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working with Ad Monetization
• Good understanding of the Mobile In-App advertising ecosystem
• Analytical mind, data driven
• Excellent communication skills. You are a team player through and through.
• Solid experience working with multiple teams with cross-functional interactions
• Experience with F2P games is a plus
