Senior Administrative Assistant
Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Story & Franchise Development team! In this role, you will champion your team and drive team morale by planning epic department events, managing schedules, tracking budgets, processing contracts, and improving the office space. This position requires a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities:
- Manage busy calendars and balance meetings appropriately
- Plan, organize, and implement department-wide events and meetings
- Lead building improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate travel for conventions and events, occasionally including visa and passport paperwork
- Plan meetings and conference calls, occasionally including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
- Submit purchase requests, track, and manage budgets, and reconcile expense reports.
- Process new vendor contracts as well as maintain existing ones
- Craft written and visual department-wide communications
- Assist in the development of presentation materials using PowerPoint and other tools
- Support the Executive Assistant of Story & Franchise Development as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Entertainment and/or studio experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superb and swift problem-solving abilities
- Accomplished collaborator with project leadership experience
Pluses:
- Graphic design or Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Knowledge of Blizzard games and lore
