Senior Accountant, Digital Revenue

What You Will Do
- Run monthly revenue accounting close including invoicing, contract analysis, procedures and preparation of monthly revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable for the digital revenue business
- Reconcile and analyze all digital revenue and receivables related accounts including revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivables
- Partner with internal business operations and international teams regarding digital revenue invoices and processes
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Company’s revenue and accounting policies
- Assist with internal control process (including SOX) and procedures to ensure compliance
- Maintain reconciliation of GAAP reporting to internal operating metrics and investigate variances if any
- Streamline systems and reporting tools to ensure efficient and accurate recording and proper classification of revenue
- Assist in the quarterly and year-end audit process, actively working with internal & external auditors to ensure the interpretation of revenue recognition accounting principles and Company’s policies
- Liaise with external auditors regarding revenue and proactively resolve digital revenue-related issues
E xperience
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years relevant corporate and/or public accounting experience
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP including revenue recognition principles
- Preparing journal entries and reconciliations for revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue
- Processing high volume transactional sales data and performing variance analysis
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong process and system abilities, Oracle R12 a plus

Reporting
This position will be part of the Revenue Accounting team and reports to the Revenue Accounting Manager II, who is in Seattle, WA.
