Senior Account Manager - Export (12 Months FTC)

Job Summary:
The Export Account Manager is responsible for various tier 1/2/3 Export accounts in collaboration with Sales Director with full Sales and Profit delivery.
Requirements
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver the annual operating plan for your allocated territories and other allocated FY goals.
- Deliver territory growth and maximise profit.
- Forecast accurately over 12 to 24 months Product lifecycles box and Digital.
- Plan promotions and provisions for Tier 1 territories.
- Work closely with logistics and finance team to process PO, ensure credits and payments, and secure deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure robust market intelligence knowledge of the distribution and retail landscape of your territories understanding key market drivers.
- Develop strong professional relationships with your distribution partners.
- Work closely with the Export PR/Marketing team for best results and delivery and ensure Trade activities execution at its best.
- Deliver regular reports related to market and territories.
- Analytics skills is a plus.
Candidate will be assessed on:
- Delivering revenue and profit target
- Delivering to personal KPI’s
Key Stakeholders:
EU Sales Director, Export Marketing Director and Export Product Manager, GM Commercial & Publishing Services Europe, EU marketing director, Export PR exec, Operations team, Accounts receivable, Legal.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- 5 years minimum experience working in the entertainment industry in a senior sales role, export or international being a plus.
- Experience of managing accounts with multi - million $ objectives.
- Experience of managing Tier 1 export territories.
- Launching AAA campaigns/ franchises.
- Excellent knowledge of video games industry
- A proven track - record of delivery and results.
Desirable:
- Italian.
- MBA or equivalent.
- Account Management experience.
- P&L management.
- Experience in video games Game as a Service
