Advertiser Sales is a critical part of Chartboost growth, and our goal is to continue our growth and leadership in this fast-paced and innovative industry.
We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Account Executive. This individual will develop and execute our sales and business development initiatives in the EMEA region, to ultimately generate new business. As a key member of our EMEA Demand team, you will play an important role in shaping and executing our GTM strategy for the region. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in mobile marketing, programmatic landscape - within top notch game App-Developers.
Impact you will make:
- Business Development at Chartboost is not only about outreach and closing new business, but managing relationships and being able to manage and optimize accounts
- Full sales cycle responsibility from lead generation, communication of value proposition, negotiation and winning through a consultative approach
- You will be responsible for identifying prospects throughout the region and closing new business
- On Board and Manage EMEA’s Top Tier Clients while setting proper expectations
- Proactive outreach with client to increase scale based on ROI achievement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams Ops, product and engineering acting as a client advocate
- Be accountable for client satisfaction and leverage our products to drive ROI for our initiatives.
- Manage your pipeline and reporting through Salesforce
- You will travel to network conference across EMEA and meet partners locally
Who you are:
- 5+ years of sales experience in performance advertising
- You should have experience in sales and business development. Mobile advertising experience is a must
- Your low hanging fruit prospects will be Mobile Game App Developers
- Organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing client needs
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Team player and ability to adapt to a growing company
- You have excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- You love learning, you love helping people, and you want to get people excited to use Chartboost
- A natural team player who is a strong and proactive planner, collaborator and organizer
- A can-do "make it happen" attitude - you are comfortable making decisions with little supervision or direction
The following experience would be a plus:
- Programmatic DSP
- A problem solver and out of the box thinker
- You’ve won awards for being awesome in some way at other jobs or during school
