Job description:
The Senior 3D Graphics SW Engineer is part of a multidisciplinary team generating high fidelity synthetic data. This data is used for algorithm development and validation, deep learning training sets and developing state of the art sensor technologies. An ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic general-purpose developer, looking to make an impact on R&D of world’s best-mixed reality technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop tools for streamline graphics assets and trigger render tasks.
- Implement and validate exotic effects for state of the art sensors.
- Maintaining and supporting software infrastructure that enables high-volume creation of high-fidelity synthetic data.
- Partner on a daily basis with artists, software engineers and algorithm developers (from across the globe).
- Optimize production speed, cost and quality.
- Work in a service-oriented, agile environment.
Qualifications - Must:
- 3+ years of software development experience in C/C++ and Python.
- 2+ years of Coding experience with Unreal engine or other real-time graphics engine (writing shaders, plugins etc.).
- Deep understanding of computer graphics (math and physics in both real-time and physically based render engines).
Qualifications - Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud infrastructures (Google cloud/ AWS/Azure).
- Solid background in 3DSMax and V-Ray (modeling, animation, MaxScripts, shaders).
- Solid background in computer vision.
Education:
- BSc in computer science or mathematics or physics
