Senior 3D Digital Artist

Qualified individuals are expected to be organized, with excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in creating top-quality art assets based on a pipeline that includes 3DSMax, Photoshop, and After Effects for animation or games.

Position will be full-time remote, interfacing with teams in Bogota and North America.

**In order to be considered, you MUST provide us with either a link to an online portfolio, website, or a pdf showcasing recent artwork upon application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce high-quality 3D wireframes for characters, props, and UI elements.
• Produce detailed 2D textures for characters, props, and UI elements.
• Create 3D layouts using existing characters and props, light these layouts and render them (Scanline or Arnold).
• Do compositing on these renders (levels, color, light).

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years as a professional digital artist in 3D/Film/Video Games or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with other standard industry tools like 3ds max, Blender, Z-Brush or Mudbox, Substance Painter, After Effects, and Photoshop, with a high capacity to learn new tools.
• Demonstrate knowledge and application of current processes and techniques, including, 3D modeling, shading, texturing, lighting, and composition.
• Have a passion for the gaming industry.
• Be organized and receptive to feedback.

NICE TO HAVE

• BIG BONUS POINTS if you are proficient with 3DS Max with BIPED and the SKIN MODIFIER.
• Rigging Skinning and Animation skills.
• 3D software scripting (Python/ C#, etc/).Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Working experience in large-scale Video Game/Film/CGI projects.
• Working experience in mobile video game art creation.
• Working experience with Unity 3D.
