Senior 3D Computer Vision Developer, Ziva

The Opportunity

At Ziva, we have some of the foremost digital character artists and engineers in the world. Together we are building models and algorithms that have the potential to redefine the entire industry.

You will join a team of machine learning engineers, full-stack developers, and technical artists all working to build groundbreaking new products in the domain of character animation. Your role as a 3D Computer Vision Developer will be to design and implement innovative new technologies for capturing and animating lifelike digital characters.

What you'll be doing

• Research, design, develop, evaluate, and optimize algorithms and deep learning models for computer vision problems like 3D reconstruction, tracking, correspondence, etc.
• Own and drive computer vision solutions development to meet customer requirements, and their integration into production systems
• Write clean and organized code, unit tests, documentation, and review code written by colleagues to make sure it meets quality standards
• Collaborate with fellow engineers and artists with flexibility, efficiency, and empathy
• Learn, innovate, and challenge. We want to achieve more than what is possible with existing technologies

What we're looking for

• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining computer vision technologies like object tracking, depth estimation, semantic segmentation, 3D reconstruction, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of computer vision and machine learning algorithms, and the ability to transform the latest research into working solutions
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience with C, C++, and GPU programming
• Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a positive demeanour

You might also have

• Understanding of 3D computer graphics and animation principles
• Advanced knowledge in performance, scalability, and standard methodologies for implementing computer vision techniques
