Job Description
Ubisoft's (Information Technology) department is looking for an Organizational Resilience – Security Analyst capable of bringing your expertise to life within a dynamic team of gamers and new technology enthusiasts. You will join the Resilience Program (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery) team to provide informational, functional and technical expertise to ensure and enhance the current resilience posture within Ubisoft.
Responsibilities
- Implement disaster and business continuity plans at the global level and coordinate all local efforts toward a global unique strategy;
- Co-write and maintain all disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Fully document all disaster recovery plans to support continued operations and regulatory requirements;
- Participate in the creation, review and deployment of policies, standards, processes and guidelines;
- Propose solutions to mitigate identified risks and bring them to an acceptable level for management; participate in incident response;
- Develop and maintain security metrics and executive reports to communicate project risks and remediation activity status to management in non-technical business language;
- Oversee coordination of support, training & community management and awareness.
Qualifications
- Experience in security related functions, also in coordinating Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans;
- Experience with project management tasks is a plus;
- Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery core concepts;
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) and be able to interact with all levels in company;
- Good presentation, organization (meet deadlines), time management, communication with different stakeholders and analytical skills;
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
