Security Analyst [Studio]

Job Description
As a part of our global Security & Risk Management department, you'll work closely with a team of Information Security Specialists. In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on security measures to protect our organization, its employees, and our players. You'll be part of a team that's maintaining the high security needed when working on AAA-titles, such as Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Star Wars Project.

Responsibilities
- Driving the security activities related to Sweden and the Nordic countries region and contribute to the global security effort
- Managing the relationship with executives and key stakeholders to support the decision making process that could impact Ubisoft’s security posture
- Managing the security of confidential production with strict security requirements
- Providing counsel and propose security solutions integrated to IT and business processes
- Enhancing the security of IT systems by driving the implementation of risk management requirements into global IT projects;
- Defining policies, standards and processes to ensure secure data management;
- Developing and contributing to risk analysis methods for game production environments & IT projects;
- Carry out security evaluations for the projects to which he/she is assigned;
- Interpreting potential or realized risks brought forth by new technologies introduced to daily operations. This will include the security management of cloud based tools and infrastructure used by the company.
- Participating in the global effort to evaluate and audit the security posture of our external partners.
- Creating and developing over time the office security program that will include a wide variety of topics (Asset security, IP protection, Physical security, Personal data security, Network security, etc.)
Qualifications
You as a person
You are curious which motivates you to evolve and learn new technologies. You are autonomous and can prioritize your tasks by being organized and having good time-management. You're customer-oriented with great communication skills in English (our company language).
Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in auditing or security working as a Security Analyst or equivalent
- General IT knowledge
- Knowledge of the Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems
- Knowledge in network security
- Knowledge of the main aspects of computer security (processes and technologies)
- Bachelor’s or master in computer science or relevant technical studies
