Security Analyst - Privacy

Job Description
Ubisoft is seeking for a Security Analyst who will bring their passion for cybersecurity and privacy to our Security & Risk Management (SRM) Team, an international team. In this role, you will participate in providing a safe and secure environment by managing risks to Ubisoft’s personal data: using risk assessment techniques, identification of effective remediation strategies and presenting management with results in meaningful business terms.
Responsibilities
- Support reliable assumptions about data and their processing by a system, support the capability for granular data administration and support the processing of data and events;
- Act as a primary point of contact for security activities impacting privacy as well as guide legal and project teams in their operations;
- Identify privacy risks and activities by defining the system privacy requirements and regulations such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) et le California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA);
- Review contracts and negotiations with third party in order to ensure privacy and security compliance;
- Carry out security evaluations for projects concerning personal data and privacy;
- Define corporate policies or guidelines, standards and processes to ensure secure data management.
Qualifications
- Experience in auditing and/or security consulting;
- Knowledge of the main aspects of information security and have a profound understanding of diverse technical fields;
- Knowledge of the applicable legal and compliance obligations as they relate to security controls;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely technical and business concepts to all types of audiences;
- Ability to innovate and make quick decisions in a constantly changing environment; capacity to proceed with diligence and a high level of responsibility.
