Search Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking to hire an experienced Search Marketing Specialist to Search team. We are the part of Performance Advertising Agency that provides a variety of options to acquire users to our projects and build awareness. Search is very important part of this ecosystem. Our aim is to effectively gather users at the end of their user-journey and acquire ones who shows intent to play games.

By working in our team you can learn a lot about techniques and approaches that huge companies use for digital advertising, have access and use newest advertising tools, develop knowledge about digital advertising in gaming industry.

What will you do?

• Launch and optimize paid search campaigns
• Manage budgets across platforms
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Estimate KPIs and budgets
• Build reports on campaigns' performance
• Communicate with client: present results and provide recommendations; build trust relationship; cooperate closely in order to drive better results
• Perform keywords research on regular basis
• Set tasks for ad copies creation, fixing tracking issues and etc.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or SEM Manager, experience with Paid Search marketing
• Profound knowledge of multiple platforms: Google Ads, Yandex Direct
• Working knowledge of web-analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica)
• Experience in data analysis and visualization for building internal and external reports

- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) or Google Docs (Sheets)

- Basic knowledge of Google Data Studio or other visualization tools

• Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English
• Excellent communication skills (clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand the message)
• Adaptability (maintaining effectiveness when experiencing changes in responsibilities or environment; adjusting effectively to work within new processes or requirements)
• Quality Orientation (accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small)
• Initiating Action (taking prompt action to accomplish objectives, achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive)
• Energy (consistently maintaining high levels of productivity; operating with vigor, effectiveness, and determination over extended periods of time).

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
• Experience with Search Ads 360 (or other Google Marketing Platform tools)
