Scrum Master

Description

Playtika is looking for a Scrum Master for our friendly team in the Kyiv office for the QC Department.

Responsibilities

1 . Develop teams’ agile mindset:

• Develop a deep understanding of Agile manifest values and implementing them into common decisions making
• Ensure following Agile manifest principles

2. Continuously improve teams’ productivity, collaboration, creativity and self-organization:

• Continuously evaluate, measure and share metrics
• Develop and present improvements plan
• Evaluate, integrate and facilitate processes, activities, frameworks, and tools
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders
• Align and support all related changes

3. Facilitate scrum:

• Facilitate all process activities and artefacts
• Provide visibility on the process for the team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience of work as dedicated Scrum Master with several teams
• Organizational transformation experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Result oriented mindse
• CSM certification
• English Intermediate+

Nice to have:

• PSM I or ICP-ATF certification
• Conducting Agile trainings experience
• Experience with OKR
• Experience in engineering productivity domain
