About the Role
The Program Manager, Salesforce will play a critical role in the organization by translating business requirements and business data into meaningful insights, automation and process improvement. This role straddles the Global Infrastructure, Product and Finance functions to connect and drive insights across teams. To succeed in this position, you must be analytical , detail-oriented , curious, have strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously . You Will:
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements and generating process flows
- Document current functionality and team processes
- Author training guides and provide ad hoc training to Salesforce users to help expand knowledge and adoption
- Maintain and validate data quality through ongoing data audits and remediate process gaps that contribute to bad data
- Represent the Twitch Global Infrastructure team and advocate our goals when collaborating
- Track current project status updates and escalate roadblock issues in a timely fashion
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing once development has concluded and review changes with impacted teams prior to deployment
- Partner with internal business teams to Identify new business process improvements and prioritize needs
- Conduct quality assurance for Salesforce enhancements post deployment
- Troubleshoot Salesforce bugs reported by end users and help develop solutions
- Understand Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validations, flows, and process builders
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related work experience
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce application
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Must have high attention to detail , be well organized and be a self-starter .
- Experience with business process and data flow diagrams a plus
- Excel experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
