Sales Support Specialist, LATAMSummary
This role works closely with the Sales team to maintain and increase operational efficiencies, improve work environment (culture) and customer satisfaction while collaborating with other business functions to improve workflow and generate additional revenue.What you'll do
- Create and manage Sales team’s schedules, accommodating individual requests and requirements.
- Partner with the Sales Director to create initiatives designed to promote Aristocrat’s culture, increasing overall productivity.
- Complete the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
- Work through the RFC process triggered by the BDE ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, signature & execution.
- Sales database creation and maintenance (customer base, agreements, terms, etc).
- Compliance approval process for new clients & renewal declarations.
- New customer creation process (Compliance / Credit / OMT).
- Collaborate with BDEs, Credit, Finance & Accounting in collections efforts.
- Responsible of physical and electronic archiving (agreements, compliance & credit files, etc.)
- Work orders creation, submission (to Operations) and follow up through completion.
- Data preparation for performance analysis & value propositions upon request.
- Maintenance of the theme configurations catalog for new installs and performance improvement plans.
- CTF creation, SOC & new product approvals.
- Travel and expense reporting for the Sales team.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, increasing customer satisfaction ratings.
- Follow up with customers when information is needed, within a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Marketing on launches, local events & giveaways elaboration & distribution.
- Providing great Customer Service and resolutions to all requests.
- Build Customer Advocacy for Aristocrat Products and Services by setting the standard in the gaming industry for service and support.
- Manage purchasing activities including gathering requests, submitting requisitions, and reconciling deliveries.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing delivery of mail, forms, and similar documents.
- Liaise with all department vendors and providers.
- Receive customers, visitors, and coworkers by acting as the initial point of contact in the department.
- Assist co-workers with support functions when requested.
