We're now looking for a Sales Support & Proposal Manager to join our growing Marketing team.
What You’ll Be Doing with Us
- Manage all inbound sales requests including those for tailored client presentations, one-off data submissions, project scope outlines, proposals, and contracts.
- Clearly communicate requirements and timelines to ensure internal alignment across each stage of the project.
Develop an effective proposal strategy that includes templates, outlines, and checklists. - Direct and project manage all proposal activities including requirement gathering, creation, revisions, and submissions.
- Qualify and analyze all RFP submissions and ensure timely responses, as dictated by the client.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Engineers, Legal, Finance, and senior management to execute quality work and winning proposals and contracts.
- Work effectively with internal subject matter experts to best position content, ensure consistent messaging, and craft the most impactful responses.
- Provide key insights and recommendations based on previous experience and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all proposal-related activities and provide guidance to key contributors as needed.
- Maintain corporate repositories and databases to include submitted RFPs and proposals, as well as all other internal and external documentation.
- Analyze overall performance across submitted proposals and RFPs post-delivery and implement any necessary process improvements.
Who We Want to Meet
- 3-5 years of proposal related experience, including 2+ in the Health and Life Sciences field.
- BA/BS degree or experiential equivalence.
- Demonstrated ability in creating and enforcing formal proposal processes.
- Proven time management, organization, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure internal and external alignment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Ability to travel may be required.
