As a Sales Support Administrator you will support our sales team with the end-to-end management of our sales quotes and orders as well as any related sales administration tasks. You will closely with our Business Development Executives (BDE’s) to deliver a quality experience to customers within a timely manner.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Through salesforce manage and enter in sales quotes as they are requested
- Liaise with BDE’s to review and maintain sales quotes & orders in Salesforce
- Ensure quote requirements are accurate and processed in line with the customers time expectations
- Document all sales proposals, quotes and order information into the relevant systems
- Review quote and sales approvals to keep the order process moving
- Liaise with Customer Liaison Team to get priority orders processed through approvals
- Assist with managing the sales support inbox where required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Tech savvy – the ability to learn new systems and navigate them
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Enjoys working with a supportive team but can also complete tasks independently
- The ability to build good relationships
- An interest in the gaming industry would be highly beneficial
Please note this role is a 12 month fixed term contract
