Sales Recruiter

Unity is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter that will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and hiring exceptional talent in various departments. You will help drive hiring decision-making efforts and contribute to the overall success of the revenue-generating functions here at Unity. We are high energy, collaborative team that loves working in a fast-paced environment doing exciting and impactful work for the overall business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions at one time
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Build a pipeline of top candidates through researching and sourcing candidates
• Qualify candidates for experience, skills and cultural fit
• Managing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers in a proactive and positive manner
• Drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates
• Track and understand relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline and actively share your progress with peers and hiring teams
• Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring team and senior management and ensure a high close rate for your candidates
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• BS/BA degree
• An authentic passion for people and recruiting
• Extensive experience of full-cycle recruiting
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Must have knowledge of Sales and/or Business Development type roles
• Ability to recruit for a variety of roles and levels
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
