Sales Planner

Job Description
You will be an integral member of the team, responsible for coordination of activities and sales analysis associated with the Retail & Digital Channels including but not limited to reporting, forecasting, customer service, promotion, pricing, scan data and claims.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Head of Sales Performance to deliver robust and accurate sales forecasts, planning and execution
- Assist with Daily, Weekly, Monthly tracking reports
- Review and analyse claims data post sale events
- Manage input accuracy in retail sales activity tracker
- Preparing submissions for upcoming sales and catalogues
- Processing purchase orders in PeopleSoft
- Work closely with the retail partners on launch assets and deliverables
Qualifications
What you'll bring
- Experience in a Sales Planner/Coordinator role or similar
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft considered helpful
- Strong Excel skills a must
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, strong diagnostic/numeracy skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong computer literacy
- A positive attitude, with an outgoing and collaborative nature
- Have a sense of fun – we take our work seriously but don’t take ourselves seriously
