Sales Operations Specialist

Job Description

Magic Leap is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on sales funnel management and will assist with order to cash (O2C) operations. These tasks include sales funnel analytics and reporting, quoting, order processing, order management, as well as data maintenance in our back office systems. You will work closely with sales, finance, tax, supply chain, logistics, and customer care to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role is based in Plantation, Florida and will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Ops & Customer Care

Responsibilities

• assist with timely development of custom sales quotes
• assist with quick and efficient processing of sales orders in SAP ERP
• manage sales orders including error management
• manage invoices including corrections (credits/debits)
• produce actionable Salesforce views of our lead generation and opportunity sales funnel
• develop and analyze dashboards and ad hoc reports and share cross functionally
• assist with new item setup, data maintenance and data governance in backend systems including SAP, Hybris, and Salesforce.
• Manage and maintain sales process adherence with Sales Representatives, including creating compliance reports to drive enforcement of required actions
• Perform data mining and root cause analysis to recommend proper SFDC changes in process/approach for issues impacting data integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with data analysis and reporting
• 1+ years experience quote to cash operations
• 1+ years experience with SAP ERP
• Experience with CRMs with a preference for Salesforce
• Experience with SQL to develop reports in Tableau
• Strong detail-orientation with an obsession for data accuracy
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams simultaneously is essential
• Familiarity with INCO Terms
• Familiarity with Tax requirements including Sales Tax and VAT.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
