Role Purpose
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Business Development Department. You will develop and oversee a smooth, effective sales process to support the growth of Universally Speaking services and business. This role will be focussed on supporting the sales strategy, improving performance, creating/procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
Accountabilities
Existing Accounts
- Regular analysis of revenue sources
- Create, identify, and implement new and unique ways to partner with clients and prospects driving top line growth eg cross/up sell identification of new services
- Monitor and assist with customer account management and retention
- Manage departmental data and regular reports are created consistently
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews with sales team and update CRM appropriately
- Complete regular analysis of real-time team performance and regular pipeline reviews, revenue sources, conversion, identify risks and opportunities to support course corrections and plans to cover any sales
New Accounts
- Identify market opportunities highlighting top 50 hotlist
- Work in collaboration to create and determine customer outreach methods to maximise opportunities.
- Build sales collateral required - decks, demos, case studies, business case, commercials, contracts, etc
- Support regular client reviews/pitches ensuring appropriate US representation
- Maintain/update branding & styles for collateral
- Creation of sales tools to drive consistency for specific sales offerings
- Support regular client reviews/pitches ensuring appropriate US representation
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem
- Strong experience in supporting developing business in relevant industries
- Experience of supporting pitches to and / or onboarding clients
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- An interest in gaming and an understanding of what makes our services stand-out
- Experience working in a scale-up environment
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance Testing/Localisation
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Pipedrive is an advantage
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask
