Seeking to hire a Sales Operations Coordinator who will oversee the customer order intake process for over 30 North American retail and distribution accounts. This role is critical in the growth of Exploding Kittens and will play an integral role in our company’s objective of being the #1 Party Game brand customers think of. Experience servicing retail partners like Walmart, Amazon, or Target is definitely a plus. Understanding how an ERP system works from a sales perspective will also be beneficial to this role.
A successful individual for this role will have a solid understanding of the sales cycle and be a dependable multi-tasker who can remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the candidates capabilities, greater challenges will be added to the role and there is room for advancement!
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Manage purchase order intake process from >30 US and Canadian customer accounts
- Review EDI purchase orders and route them for fulfillment with our Logistics team
- Act as primary point of contact between the Sales team and Brightpearl/ERP technology team to ensure system is performing optimally for customer and Exploding Kittens needs
- Generate PO reports and summaries (scheduled and ad hoc) for external sales reps and internal teams
- Collaborate with members of the Sales and Logistics team to proactively address and escalate issues regarding order intake such as pricing errors, item configuration issues, or shipping location accuracy
WHAT WE NEED:
- 2+ years experience handling customer POs in a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in an ERP system Competency in GSuite Applications
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and transform them into results
- Based in Los Angeles
