Sales Operations Coordinator (Contract)

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the sales organization and works with internal and external customers on product information, addressing inquires, researching and resolving shipments and ensuring proper computer data entry of customer Purchase orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the queries, updates and distributes weekly shipping information
- Maintains co-op reporting: approved and credited
- Matches customer debits to approved co-op and process, issues co-op credits, as needed
- Manually enters purchase orders for processing in Oracle
- Ability to communicate issues and PO revisions with all levels of the organization
- Handles, order tracking, proof of delivery researches, and return authorizations
- Manages, open order reports and good product returns
- Maintenance of distributor sales staff and rep e-mail lists and phone lists
- Distribution of approved BNEA release schedules & price list
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work on diverse and complex products with minimal supervision or guidance
- The ability to analyzes factors and exercises judgment to determine appropriate processes
- Must be able to handle a large workload in a highly fast-paced changing environment
- Must possess strong customer service skills and sales skills
- Strong working knowledge of order processing, shipping carriers, and standard shipping procedures
- Experience working with sales rep organizations & working with customers directly
- Inside sales/sales support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
- The ability to multi-task and must be efficient and detail oriented
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com and Oracle R12 (other ERP system)
- Excellent attention to detail
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related Sales Ops Administration responsibilities
