Sales Operations Analyst

This is an essential customer facing job to serve our customer base and successfully integrate Plastic SCM business operations in Unity’s operations through 2021.
You will be joining the Plastic SCM Sales Operations team to support existing customer’s license contract renewals and new purchases, and connecting inbound leads to the sales teams
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the renewal contracts (close the sale and make sure of the collection thereof). Issue the invoice and facilitate payment, by bank transfer or through the Fastspring payment platform.
- Support in the process of new sales and customer service. (true ups, new opportunities ...)
- Salesforce management: (issuance of offers in different currencies, create new accounts, new contracts, apportionment of opportunities, 2020 renewals, quotes with partners, leads, invoices,)
- Commercial monitoring of different operations, support in the preparation of purchase contracts.
- Completion of different types of documentation requested by customers prior to purchase operations
Requirements
- Customer oriented and able to provide high level of non-technical support in software license sales (licensing, pricing conditions, high-level product offering knowledge)
- Demonstrated experience in doing customer and partners quotes, invoicing, renewal management processes.
- Working experience in using CRM (ideally Salesforce) software to manage accounts and sales opportunities.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets to analyse the activity, report results and insights on the business
