POSITION SUMMARY
Bandai Namco is looking for a Sales Ops Specialist who will be able to assist BNEA sales operations team in a variety of areas including order fulfillment, accounts receivable support, field communication, information management, and reporting. They will be reporting to our Operations Manager and will be a part of our amazing Finance Team.
Flexible, Remote and Work From Home options are available for this position until approximately April 2022. Afterwards we expect all employee's to join us at our new offices in Irvine, California where a hybrid work schedule will be observed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders for retail / distribution accounts and the eCommerce store.
- Review and archive daily open order reports and soft copies of purchase orders.
- Distribute new title release schedules and price lists to sales reps based on territory.
- Distribute markdown letters to sales territories and create markdown program forms in Salesforce.com.
- Submit coop and price protection claim requests for in-house accounts in Salesforce.com.
- Monitor A/R debit memo report and coop aging report; investigate and resolve outstanding deductions.
- Compile and distribute weekly credit request reports to Accounts Receivable.
- Create deal P/L analysis forms in Salesforce.com for special pricing discounts.
- Complete product build request documents for new releases.
- Provide monthly shipping reports to sales reps.
- Maintain and update back-end rebate planners for major promotions including Black Friday and Month-of-Anime.
- Maintain and update Sales Operations milestone calendar.
- Request UPC creation for new titles.
- Sample management.
- Sales systems and data operations support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of experience providing sales operations support
- Experience in order entry with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Finance/Accounting experience helpful
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power point
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Office365 helpful but not required
- Adaptable team player with ability to handle shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
