Job Description
Within our SEA Team, you will be responsible for managing and strengthen the daily relationship with our Distribution partners in the region. You will be connected to teams in finance, marketing and operations. Work as interface between our customers and the challenges that come with international cooperation, to provide the best possible service quality for our clients. You will build the long-term future of our business in and elaborate promotion and communication strategies. You will also deploy and manage the implementation of these strategies, report them to our EMEA headquarter in France and analyse the results. If digital and physical distribution is your passion? You will be part of a multi-national Team, based in Singapore, Taipei and Hong Kong, reporting to the General Manger in Singapore.
More precisely, YOUR MISSION will be the following:
Provide our/ your partners with the best service:
- Provide product and marketing information within our physical and digital distribution network
- Plan and execute promotions in physical stores and digitally
- Extend the lifecycle on shelves with promotions
- Create the best selection of products and content for the region
- Communicate about market insights with your peers in SEA
- Share reporting with local teams and headquarter in France
- Prepare all data linked to sales process
Forecast and planning:
- Analyze data and market insights to prepare a forecast/ planning
- Dive into historic data
- Coordinate with headquarter and partners on digital sales promotion
- Coordinate with Marketing Teams support for sales promotions
- Share with Sales Teams in EMEA/ APAC Zone
Make sure it works:
- Follow up on the process from forecast, offer, order, invoice to delivery of our products
- Help to troubleshoot on all stages if necessary
- Do your best to secure a long-term win-win relationship
- Make sure we hit our business KPIs such as: turnover and stock level
- Be in constant exchange with our team in Japan and Taiwan to make sure all processes are working; results are delivered in time
