This job might no longer be available.Sales Enablement Learning & Engagement SpecialistMagic LeapPlantation, FL, United States1 year agoApplySaveJob DescriptionMagic Leap is looking for a Sales Enablement Learning & Engagement Specialist who will deliver results through creating and contributing to programs that support the end-to-end customer journey, from lead to customer care. This role spearheads development and delivery of learning programs that enable Magic Leap and Channel Partner sales teams, contributes to the deployment of strategic outreach initiatives tied to sales campaigns and customer engagement, and supports the execution of Go to Market enablement programs. As a member of the Customer Success team, this role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Technology, Sales Operations, and Ecosystems, to deliver impactful sales programs.Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of sales enablement, sales training, direct sales, and/or business development experience preferably in the technology industry. Sales ops or sales-oriented marketing (i.e. ABM marketing) is also beneficial. Experience developing and delivering training to enterprise commercial sales, inside sales, and channel partner sales teamsExperience working with learning management, sales and marketing tools/systems, with Salesforce.com and Hubspot experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices, with preferred experience supporting channel partner sales motionsExperience engaging and influencing global stakeholders at multiple levels of the organizationStrong project management skills demonstrating a sense ownershipProven ability to measure program results through established KPIs and data-driven insightsFamiliarity with adult learning theory, training content design and B2B selling.
