The opportunity
At Unity, we are driving the wholesale adoption of Realtime 3D (RT3D) across many different businesses and industries. This is no easy task: helping enable our go-to-market teams is a core function of the Revenue Enablement Team here, with a mission to build programmatic and structured approaches to learning and enablement. We use data to create more relevant and inspiring learning experiences to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction. Our primary internal customers are sales, sales leadership, customer success and channel partners.
What you’ll be doing
- Build enablement programs to cover onboarding and ongoing needs of your internal customers and channel partners
- Project management, KPI analysis and communicate the success of the enablement programs
- Coordination, curation & development of enablement content & review assets with relevant content owners and internal stakeholders
- Delivery and facilitation of enablement in conjunction with subject matter experts
- Upload and manage your content onto the LMS. Support and facilitate materials to be translated to suitable languages
What we’re looking for
- SaaS sales enablement experience or experience in software sales, training or project management
- Ability to analyze enablement efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Previous project management experience is a big plus as this role will require you to implement in a fast paced environment
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to work cross functionally with internal customers
- You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
You might also have
- Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Clari and an e-learning tool
- A passion for learning and a creative mind ! How you inspire and create fun, engaging learning experiences will be critical
- Understand the cultural nuances and requirements of different countries, cultures and languages across APAC
