Unity Technologies Sales team is growing at a rapid pace, meaning an increased need for a Sales Enablement Associate to educate, train, and empower sales reps to win more business. We are seeking someone with previous experience in sales enablement, who is empathetic, loves efficiency, and thrives in an ambiguous environment.

This role drives the product & sales enablement of our Sales team in EMEA. You will work with product marketing, heads of sales and other subject matter experts to ensure our team has the information they need to have meaningful discussions with customers & prospects that add value in every interaction. This will include, but not be exclusive of scheduling and hosting product enablement and vendor training sessions; supporting the SDR, mid-market, and business development teams; onboarding new team members; working with sales leads to develop as-needed training for this market and more.

This role will help drive the practice of best-in-class sales enablement & project management within our team, drive revenue growth, and have a high-impact on the sales team. You will be joining a growing, high-visibility team on our Core Engine team.
