As Sales & Business Development Director, you will lead & develop a team of five senior sales people and own regional targets for: Revenue, Margin & Cost of Sales.
You will have the opportunity to sit on Asia’s Regional Leadership Team and contribute to & execute Asia commercial strategy both short & long term.What You'll Do
- Role model Aristocrat’s values of Passion, Respect, Integrity & Courage
- Develop & execute annual sales plans to achieve regional sales revenue, market share and margin goals
- Develop plans for accounts to maximise revenue and margin and grow customer engagement
- In conjunction with Marketing, develop and execute product plans
- Report regularly on Sales performance, team performance, team development, new market development, competitors and forecasting
- Maintain effective customer relationships and develop and execute strategies to maximize customer engagement
- Establish and maintain “Key Account” relationships with major clients
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date knowledge of Aristocrat product performance, market share and customer relationships and develop a detailed knowledge of local industry competitor performance and strategies
- Anticipate market developments & respond with sales activities
- Ensure OKRs are in place for all team members and performance appraisals are conducted together with regular one-on-one meetings
- Actively execute the Aristocrat Way for Sales
- Actively contribute to the Aristocrat Sales Council
What We're Looking For
- Extensive leadership experience in sales, product and/or marketing
- Exceptional understanding of key markets in Asia including Philippines, Macau & Singapore
- Ability to influence and lead C-suite
- Track record of developing talent and creating pipeline of future talent
- Demonstrated success at cross-functional communication and process facilitation
- Gaming knowledge and product experience
- Excellent numerical, written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of operating in the Asia-Pacific region
- Understanding of the industry and regulatory environments in which Aristocrat operates
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Multilingual – English mandatory + Chinese/Filipino would helpful
- This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
