Lumeto’s InvolveXR platform is the most flexible and customizable AI-driven virtual simulation solution on the market. Our product release last year elicited tremendous market response, and a rapidly growing customer roster and sales pipeline of leading healthcare institutions. We are seeking an experienced healthcare sales leader to help lead our next phase of growth, capitalizing on rapidly growing global demand for XR based healthcare education and training.

The Role

As the Sales Director & Account Executive (Americas), you will be responsible for expanding Lumeto's market presence, cultivating relationships with healthcare institutions, and achieving sales targets within your territory. You will manage key sales accounts, working alongside Lumeto’s customer success team to nurture and grow these relationships. You will collaborate closely with the business development and marketing team to identify emerging business opportunities and develop strategic soluti ons to capitalize on these new markets. As Lumeto’s business grows and matures, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in building, developing and mentoring growing sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the healthcare market, with a particular focus on healthcare simulation. They will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with the keen ability to oscillate between impactful sales strategy development and relentless “boots on the ground” sales execution. Finally, they will be genuinely passionate about Lumeto’s mission, and excited by the opportunity to join at this early stage and contribute to the trajectory and impact of the company’s solutions.

This is a full time, remote role with the ideal candidate located in either the United States or Canada.
