You will be contributing to a phenomenal growth of Unity business into Non-Gaming industry verticals including Auto, Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering and Construction. This is a rapidly growing market for Unity and you will witness first hand how Unity will help drive innovation and creative thought to our clients

What you’ll be doing
- Approaching new potential clients for target industry through various channels both online and offline, continue innovative ways to further our reach into our white spaces.
- Set our business development managers up for success by cultivating marketing qualified leads and producing a robust pipeline of viable business opportunities that they can, in turn, close deals with.
- Understand GTM strategy, work closely with Sales Representatives and jointly develop and execute pipeline generation planning and execution. Work cross-functionally with larger organization including Marketing, Customer Success and sales operations
- Be a Unity advocate throughout, and help our clients to understand the value that our solution can add to their current business set up. Which means become familiar with the Unity product ecosystem, and demonstrate the ability to present it to users of all ranges, abilities, and roles (artists, developers, etc.)
- Conduct account-based strategic targeted outreaches, hunting on available platforms and Sales-Navigator and qualifying & routing “hot” leads passed onto us by Unity’s Marketing department
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a B2B SaaS solution sales position, with mid to long sales cycles, with a consistent track record of managing the sales funnel, lead generation, renewals, and experience in using Salesforce to build, manage, and convert an effective sales pipeline
- Experience growing mid-large enterprise accounts and customer relationships within an account while growing understanding of the customer’s business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, with an incredible comfort communicating software and solutions over the phone. Ability to tailor conversations on the fly to meet the specific needs of potential customers, at all levels of an organization.
- Collaborated with the marketing team and online sales team to segment, cold call, and nurture leads
