Sales Development Representative

The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a creative, hardworking, and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vastly diverse sales team in the colourful Seoul office. If you strong background in software sales especially in a range of different industries, we’d love to hear from you. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make an outstanding impact on how Unity will be seen in the industrial market for Korea.

What you’ll be doing

• Qualifying and working through inbound leads within an appropriate time frame
• Design thought provoking and creative strategies that will build awareness, increase success of lead to opportunity conversion, and drive revenue pipeline
• Supply new ways to optimally introduce new customers and verticals
• Be a robust part of the team by bringing innovation to processes transformation to ensure further success
• Consistently achieve monthly targets & generate regular reports
• Be a Unity advocate throughout

What we’re looking for

• Track record in highly effective communication of software and solutions, whether it be over the phone, e-mail or face-to-face
• Outstanding ability to tailor conversations on-the-fly to meet the specific needs of potential customers, at all levels of an organization
• Experience in working both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experiences in sales or in a similar capacity
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Korean
