Our company is seeking to hire a Sales Coordinator who will support and coordinate sales processes for over 30 International retail and distribution customers. This role is critical to the success of Exploding Kittens and will play an integral role in our company’s objective of being the #1 Party Game brand customers think of.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable supporting the work of our sales members by facilitating communication between prospective and current clients. Prior sales experience processing customer orders from major retailers is a plus and great organizational skills with a strong attention to detail are essential.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Manage onboarding/setup process for new customers, detail any customer requirements and liaise with Logistics and Accounting as needed
- Prepare, develop and manage distribution of sales and marketing assets such as product presentations, price lists and samples, product images and video assets
- Manage new item creation, maintain and track SKU specifications, perform product listing optimization and appropriate maintenance with key accounts
- Monitor and optimize Amazon content liaising with Amazon Brand Specialists and our Marketplace Management Agency
- Monitor and report illegitimate (counterfeit) sellers and Intellectual Property infringement to protect our brands and legitimate customers
- Track weekly sell-through and inventory levels for selected retail accounts
JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years sales experience in consumer goods
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Language requirements)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Amazon userface experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Competency in GSuite Applications and MSOffice
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and transform them into results
- Must be able to work in The Netherlands
