Position Intro

1. Support management decisions by providing them business analysis in terms of organization/financial forecast/company strategy
2. Business Process Improvement - Identify business issues and provide solutions by implementing/streamlining the business process

Responsibilities

• Create weekly sales report to provide sales data, analysis and market insights on digital sales to the management and managers.
• Collect promotion information and update promotion tracker and forecasting software.
• Track promotion sales status in the promotion report to supplement weekly sales report / monthly forecast report.
• Create promotion sales analysis report on BI tools.
• Assist updating sales forecast by updating historical sales data in the forecasting software.
• Work with various data systems and BI tools (Hyperion, Vanguard, Tableau, Domo).
• Attend Forecast Report Meeting to finalize the monthly forecast – Monthly
• Improve digital business sales forecasting process

*Other duties as required or assigned.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3-year experience as Financial/Business/Sales Analyst, or equivalent
• Advanced MS Excel working knowledge

• Business, Finance & Accounting related degrees
