The opportunity
The Sales Account Executive will be part of a growing team helping to craft our business in the Enterprise sales. Unity Technologies is being used by a growing number of companies from a wide range of industries for a multitude of practical applications around Interactive 3D applications, AR/ VR, Computer vision etc, and we’re committed to grow the usage of our services to provide a greater value to the industry. This role will orchestrate our initial efforts in building solutions and acquiring customers focusing on ASEAN.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work in SAPAC organization at Unity, working autonomously and collaborating closely with key internal and external partners to help deliver and drive sales strategies.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive new business & renewals revenue and consistently meet quarterly sales targets
- Develop validated pipeline by defining opportunities and market potential, identifying sales leads, and collaborating with internal partners to acquire new accounts & close deals with variety of accounts
- Cultivate long-term business relationships with customers at senior level across multiple industries by encouraging new and old collaborations and ensuring close coordination with key internal teams on pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Provide customer insights and feedback on strategy, product, pricing and other matters to internal parties and serve as the subject matter and industry professional on the various industries' buyers, needs, existing solutions and sales process
What we’re looking for
- Field-based direct sales/business development experience
- Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding individual quarterly ACV/Revenue targets
- Consistent track record to structure, develop and implement strategic agreements/ deals
- Comfortable representing a technology company and working with CTOs, engineers, or other technical staff to offer right products & solutions
You might also have
- Direct sales experience with SaaS, technology licensing or middleware
- Expertise in strategic selling structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning
- Experience working with a major Sales Methodology/ CRM tools
