We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join our SDK team. You will be designing and developing SDKs in multiple platforms including Unity, iOS, and Android. Our SDKs are integrated into thousands of mobile games to provide insightful data for our analytics platform and to provide powerful customisable player engagement mechanisms. Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your colleagues, and work deeply with them to achieve their potential
- Enable and support others to work on our existing SDKs and develop new SDKs across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with our support team to help clients integrate SDKs into their game
- Drive day to day execution and delivery of tasks and leading the project team with Lean and Agile methodologies, motivating your team by explaining how their work relates to the wider business context
- Contribute directly to the code base and participate in hands-on software development
- Continuously improve your people management, engineering knowledge, leadership and collaboration skills, leveraging all the Learning and Development courses and support we provide
Requirements
- Working knowledge of C#, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift or similar
- Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Previous job experience as a software engineering manager or development lead and serving as line manager for small to medium sized teams
