Rule Support Specialist

Wargaming is looking for a Rule Support Specialist.
You will be given the critical task of making sure users are following the company's key documents, EULA and its addendums.
What will you do?
- Support the company's MMO games (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz, and other products).
- Communicate with a multilingual audience to prevent violations of the rules set in the company's documents.
- Interact directly with users whose accounts have been blocked for violations.
What we are looking for?
- Vocational secondary education or higher education.
- Intermediate or higher level of Polish or German.
- Good command of spoken and written Russian.
- Confident PC user.
- Willingness to work shifts (two days on, two days off): day shifts for 2 weeks (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.), night shifts for 2 weeks (8 p.m. – 8 a.m.).
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience in user support.
- A love of computer games (knowledge and gaming experience in Wargaming projects will be an advantage).
- Knowledge of English.
