Job Description
As the Rocksmith+ Brand Director, Partner Relations at Ubisoft San Francisco production studio, you bring a market-perspective to production so that we deliver experiences grounded in consumer insights while maintaining the integrity of a creative vision.
You’re the ambassador for a revolutionary interactive music learning tool, a representative of its community within its development team. You know our audience – and what they want. Your expertise influences the content that goes into a game as well as the way we communicate about it externally, inspiring musicians – both current and potential – to dive into our worlds.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate the music licensing deals & be the guarantor of the deal conditions
- Define the brand identity, its values and themes, positioning, target market, etc.
- Work closely with other core production team members to strategize creative content, event and partnership concepts & long-term goals
- Seek and secure partnership with music industry talents for in-app collaboration
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and tactics (campaigns, events, sales, etc.) to build brand awareness and loyalty with the operational Marketing team
- Be responsible for all the consumer insight knowledge about the brand and leverage into actionable product feature recommendations
- Research and monitor market trends to identify exposure opportunities
- Occasionally travel locally and abroad to meet with marketing and sales teams, visit co-dev studios, attend events, promote the brand, etc.
- Build and grow your brand team comprised of business development & brand performance managers
- Continuously analyze current strategies and propose new ways to optimize/maximize the consumer lifetime value
